The directions say you pass Farmyard Nurseries. Pass? I don’t think so. Not if you have even a passing interest in taking a plant or two home with you from you holiday. Go in for a good look round, even though you have to come back with a car to actually buy what tempts you. Richard and his team are true enthusiasts and they have a fantastic hellebore collection at the nurseries. Never realised there was such a variety of this modest flower. I love the pale lime green ones best but maybe the white ones are the really classy ones. Might be an idea to do this walk in reverse so you can spend a long time near the end of the excursion just enjoying the plants.
